With 20+ years of experience, TAG has served clients in pharma/biotech, life sciences, financial services, retail, consumer products, and nonprofits. Having both internal HR practitioner and external talent consulting and coaching roles, we understand how to partner with senior leaders and HR teams to build high impact, sustainable leadership strategies that make a real difference - and we have fun along the way!

Jeni — Executive Coach & Talent Strategist

Dr. Jeni Harnden-Koehler is a Harvard-trained psychologist and the Founder of Talent Acceleration Group, bringing over 20 years of experience coaching senior leaders and consulting across industries. She has held HR leadership roles in biotech/pharma including Takeda Pharmaceuticals, Sarepta Therapeutics, and Ironwood Pharmaceuticals, where she led all talent practices, coached and developed individuals and teams, fostered high performance cultures, and directed significant organizational change. While in HR at Fidelity Investments, she designed high-potential leadership programs and helped create an enterprise-wide leadership success profile and related 360 feedback tool. She also provided internal coaching support and designed internal talent processes. As a consultant with RHR International, she focused on executive assessment and coaching, team development, and large-scale organizational effectiveness projects across multiple industry sectors. A dedicated advocate for advancing women in leadership, Jeni has designed gender equity initiatives, conducted industry research, and served on advisory boards committed to inclusive growth.
